Basic Group Fitness

The Basic Group Fitness program includes all the features of the Open Gym program PLUS group fitness classes that span the full spectrum of your fitness needs. Basic Group Fitness classes include Combat Kickboxing, Cardio Kickboxing, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and cross-training sessions.
